Here's our latest Flex Essentials review.
I had been taking Flex Essentials for over a year with great success. I haven't had the knee pain when training for mountain climbing and half marathons. I ran out about 3-4 weeks ago. I didn't think I would really notice a difference in my knees. I am training to climb Mt Rainier so I am doing lots of hill work, carrying heavy loads, running and cycling. My knees have started to bother me again. I have submitted a new order for Flex Essentials and my knees eagerly await its arrival. Thanks for such a great product!
